Someone has put this together on YouTube and I think it's much better. The remixed theme tune is one of the only things I'm not liking about this years series.

I like the new one. Keeps it fresh.
Apparently it was changed because the original composer, Paul Oakenfold, is currently being accused of sexual harassment. Though the new theme is just a remix of the old one so I don't see what difference that makes. It should have been changed out entirely if that was the case.

Me too. It's not even the first time it's been changed as the theme for BB1 - 4 was slightly different and more trancey compared to BB5 onwards where it had more house elements.

The old sounds so much better with the bass and the drops but I do like the “go” and random vocals

The OG will never be beaten for me, but the new one has grown on me.

Paul Oakenfold and Andy Gray are in the end credits as composers for the new one just as they were in the old series. So whatever Paul has been accused of makes no difference.

As much as I really don’t like the new version of the theme (it sounds too much like the terrible royalty free versions on Spotify, IG etc) I don’t mind it being on the ITV version of the show.
People on here love to keep telling me this is a “new era” of the show and that the Big Brother I loved from 2000-2010 is never coming back or going to be repeated I guess a new era needs a new theme.
The BB1-BB4 theme now that’s just an iconic and irreplaceable piece of music, the BB5-BB19 version was a big part of the show too but the new 2023 theme suits Big Brother for what it is now, a trashy and two bit entertainment show on ITV2.
